Rexton is located at the mouth of the Richibucto River in Kent County, New Brunswick, Canada, overlooking the Northumberland Strait. With a population of 900, Rexton is what you would expect from a rural Maritime Village; picturesque, quiet, and rich in history. Established in 1825 as the village of Kingston, its name was officially changed to Rexton in 1901.
